Happy Birthday, Mom! *2011*

First things first...I must first address the fact that it is my mom's birthday today! Happy Birthday to the most amazing and wonderful woman on the planet! My mom has always pushed me to be the best person I can be and I can't thank her enough for everything she has taught me over the years and everything that she has done for me. I picked out a fun gift for her at a beautiful shop here in NYC and I'm excited to give it to her this weekend since we'll be visiting North Carolina and Tennessee!

I realize I've been posting pretty sporadically lately...it has a lot to do with things going on at work right now....changes, changes, changes people! It's driving me absolutely nuts that I don't have a grip on my daily posting, but the last month and the last few weeks have just been crazy with so many things going on. Luckily, after this fun weekend trip we are taking I should be back to normal - for real this time, since I realize I've said this a lot in the last few weeks. I think it's just been all of the visitors and the weekend plans on top of everything going on at work that have me busy as a bee and with not much outside time for fun blog writing. I hope you'll stick around! :)

For now though, I hope that my mom has an incredible birthday-day and let's hope that Monday brings a little peace and calm since we'll be taking a few weekends off from any major travel/visitors.
