1st Weekend in DC

I don't have any pictures of the apartment yet...we're still putting a few finishing touches on the place!

Saturday night one of my bridesmaids (Lindsay) was in town & she was staying with another close friend of mine, Laurie. I literally haven't seen Laurie since her graduation - I know, terrible, but we all got together for a delicious dinner & gossip session in Georgetown. I really enjoyed catching up with Laurie & spending time with Lindsay -- Laurie lives in Arlington so I will certainly have many opportunities to spend time with her, but I wish Lindsay would decide to move here too!! It would be so fun to have all of these girls here in DC! (In the picture above LtoR: Lindsay, Laurie, Me!)

I started my job on Monday & I absolutely love it! The girls I work with are amazing & I love the office atmosphere. I am excited to work with the clients & look forward to developing & implementing a stronger marketing/PR plan for the business!

We still don't have internet connected in the apartment, but it should be coming soon. It's so wierd being disconnected like this - I usually check my email at least 20 times a day! I hope all of you out in blog land are doing well & I can't wait to show you pictures of M. & my first place! :)
