You thought the wedding posts were over, right?! Well, OK, maybe not completely. I can promise you that I will still from time to time post about wedding things simply because the events themselves are just so darn inspiring…and romantic (awwww). BUT – today’s post is about a special surprise revealed to me by our wedding photographer – a magazine in North Carolina, Weddings Magazine asked to feature our wedding in their magazine and on their website in the “Real Weddings” section! I was SO excited to see the beautiful spread on the online version of the magazine and I can't wait until our wedding planner sends us a few hard copies so that I can see it in person! You better believe I'll be framing this baby!
We’re the first featured real wedding in the issue and our story is titled “Vintage Grace and Custom Taste”. I love the detail shots that they chose and the write up is really great! Go check it out! :)
It's been snowing where I am in New York since at least when I woke up this morning at 7:00am and we're expected to get 1-5 inches. It really is pretty, especially from the windows in my office. I'm hoping that the snow doesn't get any worse so that M. will be able to make it tonight. We have a low key birthday weekend planned -- nothing too fancy, but as I mentioned at the beginning of the week I am planning to make a special birthday treat for him -- I'm going to start on it tonight (maybe I'll even make the whole thing tonight) since there are many steps and it's my first attempt at something like this. Let's hope that it turns out!
