The Wedding Workout Progress: So Far So Good!

I've done well so far with my "Running to my Wedding" plan -- my alarm didn't go off on-time yesterday so I didn't get to work out in the morning, but other than that M. & I have been up everyday at 6 a.m. to complete our pre-wedding workouts. Even though 6 a.m. is super early...considering I don't have to be at work until 9, it gets me up in the morning & (surprisingly) gets me energized for the day...in fact, I don't get that dull period in the middle of the day where I feel sleepy, and I can go to bed SUPER easy at night. It's actually quite nice.

So far I've lost two pounds. My goal is to loose 15 pounds by the wedding -- I'm not too far off from my goal weight!! With so many events coming up (my sister's Debutante Ball around Christmas, M. & my engagement party (given by my lovely parents), & bridal showers) I am happy to be getting in great shape! :)
