Feeling the Butterflies!

The posts on my blog from here until after the wedding will probably be pretty short and sweet -- I hope you'll stay with me!!!

Even though we have pretty much everything done it’s starting to feel a little busy for some reason – maybe it’s just the nerves kicking in! I get little butterflies in my stomach every time I think about walking down the aisle, not because I am worried, but because I am so incredibly excited! Even yesterday when we were at Whole Foods grabbing a little lunch I caught a glimpse of their flowers section and it was FULL of beautiful pale blush and peachy-pink peonies and it just made me THAT much more excited for the day-of the wedding (and I am plain excited about all of the flowers for the wedding day!). Everything is going to be so beautiful, I know!

I am leaving work today at 2:00pm so that I can get home and make sure I’ve got everything I need for my flight home to NC early this evening. I did all of my packing over the last three days (I like to start early!) and I am almost positive I have everything, but do you ever get that feeling like you’re forgetting something?? – I do almost every time I travel!

We’re for real finishing everything up in the next two days! We’ve got a meeting with our day-of-coordinators (we’ve got 2 fabulous girls who I will definitely blog about after the wedding!), I’m going to get our official marriage license (M. has to stay in DC until Wednesday to take Bar-Prep classes so I’m on my own [accompanied by his notarized documents] for this one!), and we’re going to make sure all of our “details” are packed up and set for the right destinations!
